Possible sinusitis: I would be very concerned about either an infection in the frontal and ethmoid sinus, or expanding eroding mucous cyst in the frontal/ethmoid sinus. Frontal infections can cause epidural abscess or meningitis, ethmoid infection can spread to eye, cyst will erode frontal bone and press on orbit. See ent.
