Stop acetaminophen: Be careful with Acetaminophen as large doses such as what you are taking can cause serious liver damage. Beyond that, I am not sure where or what your pain is, so i cannot recommend anything specific for your pain. If pain is that bad, and after taking that much paracetamol, you may want to consider er visit for appropriate diagnosis. Make sure you do not go over 3grams of Acetaminophen in 24 hrs.
