I am feeling heaviness in head at back from last 3 days. i took coldsol and paracetamol but nothing happened .what to do now?

Headache syndrome: This could be a variety of headache syndromes, the most common being tension headaches. Acetaminophen derivatives have obviously not helped, which is not surprising. Other NSAIDs may help, but you should be evaluated by your doctor to determine more specifically your headaches particularly if they are new.
