Hi i took 7 paracetamols yesterday around 2 and woke up with belly pains and really bad pain on my left side. is this from the pills?

Very likely yes: Likely, yes. Compared to ibuprofen—whose side effects may include diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal pain—paracetamol has fewer adverse gastrointestinal effects. I do not know dose you took, but 7 pills seems like a lot. Never take that many pills of anything unless specifically ordered by your physician.
