I have bad stomach pains had paracetamol been waking up with them the last 1week i would say makeing me want to curl in a ball and cry what are they can you help??

Pain could be from gallstones in the gall bladder, or from pancreatitis. It could be acid or ulcer pain, appendicitis (usually right lower tummy), a blood flow problem, or twisting of intestines. If one has no personal doctor who is available, then the thing to do is to try the emergency room
