Push ups: They can be done by starting out at whatever number you can do correctly without cheating. Wait 5 minutes and add 1-5 push-ups (i add 5), and repeat. So, if you start with 5, wait 5 minutes and add 5 so you would do 10. Tomorrow, start at 10, wait five minutes (and add 5) and do 15. If you find you are not keeping good form, stay at that level until you can do them perfectly.
