All: All push ups recruit chest muscles. Try varrying speeds. Slow contractions with an extra squeeze in the fully extended position will stimulate the muscle differently than the routine vs fast push-ups. Bringing the hands closer together beneath you also stresses the chest and tricepts more than the shoulders. Elevating the feet stresses the upper chest a bit more. Rest and eat well to gain!
