Yes,maybe: Are you off your antibiotics? If no then stay off the alcohol till you are off them this has nothing to do with the implant but the antibiotics reaction with alcohol.

Yes: Alcohol should always be consumed in moderation, but you should be fine to consume a few drinks as long as the incision-line is closed and there are no visible signs of swelling, pus, etc. Once the stitches are removed, the gum tissue should be adapted together fairly well. Continue to use listerine to keep the site clean, and gently begin to brush the site to remove food particles, etc.

Yes: Assuming you are in good health, and you are not going to drink yourself into a situation in which you cause a traumatic injury to your mouth, then alcohol shouldn't be an issue. Frankly, if you have been using a listerine like product or your dentist gas given you a postoperative Peridex (chlorhexidine gluconate) type rinse you've already exposed your mouth to 40+ proof alcohol!
