More info needed: Your question leaves a lot to the imagination. What is your weight? Do you exercise regularly? What is your blood pressure and your heart rate, at rest? Good question: That warrants you seeing your physician as soon as possible for a complete and thorough medical evaluation. Until then, i wouldn't push any strenuous exercising. We can't know if you are just really out of shape or have some serious medical issues. Call for an appointment today!
