Sure there's help: Just like with any addiction, there is help. If a person injecting heroin into their veins can be helped, so can you. But it is going ot involve admittance of a problem, and then hard work with a qualified behavior therapist to put your addiction in remittance. Just because it's only a cell phone doesn't mean you should try doing this on your own. If you have a serious problem, seek help!
