I say "No": Some of my colleagues will not agree. There's no credible mechanism. The wavelengths of radiation that cause cancer are far different from those that a phone emits. Epidemiologic studies generate a huge amount of junk data, especially when there's a "pop" fear -- recall bias. In one study, there was more cancer on the side OPPOSITE to where the phone was held. I wouldn't worry.
