Find a practice: Find a practice for self-centering that you can do consistently every day. For many people, mindfulness meditation is a good one -- you can start with 5 minutes in the morning and evening & work up if you like it. Also, yoga or tai chi are good. Abdominal breathing exercises. Talk with friends about your stress; keep relationships sound. Consider working with a therapist on your stress also.
