Maybe, with work: If you have a healthy tube and ovaries that produce fertile eggs, you may be able to get pregnant. If you lost the first tube due to an ectopic, the remaining tube may be at risk for the same process.If that were true, you could still have an embryo transferred into your womb through ivf.You would need the help of a fertility center.
