The cream/sugar is really what contributes to the calories, but if you already have a healthy life habit then this should not be a bug deal. Many people have this, then a donut, brownie, cookie, latte, bigmac, chips, and booz which can really increase the waist-size. Modest coffee consumption may have health benefits...
