Prostate symptoms: At 41 you are likely too young to be having prostate issues. The prostate surrounds your urethra, so symptoms are primarily related to urination: either not being able to urinate (which can cause bladder distention and discomfort), or having to urinate often because of incomplete bladder emptying. I doubt your discomfort is prostate related.
