Yes...: You can get pregnant when you ovulate - if your cycle is regular and monthly, that is usually around 2 weeks after your last period started. If you period is late this cycle, you don't know when you ovulated (or if you did) so keep using contraception to avoid pregnancy. If at all unsure, check with your obgyn for an exam. Good luck!
