Evaluation Needed: You should go to a dentist that is trained in treating tmj/tmd symptoms. Also you can consider other treatment modalities for your sleep apnea such as oral appliances.

Modify cpap: The typical bruxing appliances cannot be worn with the CPAP machine. Is sounds like an adjustment in the CPAP machine needs to be made. Talk to the doctor who prescribed the cpap. Find out if adjustments can be made in the mask allowing you not the clench your teeth.
