Safe but ineffective: I assume you are speaking about wraps to help lose weight or detoxify your body. While they may feel good while on, they do little to change body contours in the long run. In some cases, rashes can occur in the area of the wrap. The costs vary, but best save your money.

A general aerobic: Unfortunately it is not possible to create regional fat loss by exercise. Best bet is nutritional weight loss diet with aerobic exercise.
