Many..: Dry mouth, nausea, somnolence, insomnia, increased sweating, tremor, diarrhea, runny nose, and ejculatory disorders are top on the list...They tend to get better with time, except the ejaculatory issue...Which is more common a problem for women, but a plus for men, :-).

Celexa (citalopram): Common ones are nausea, headaches, dry mouth, insomnia, vivid dreams, sweating, diarrhea, & black box warning re. Suicide risk.
