See your doctor: Good question. You will need to complete your prescribed course of vanco by mouth, then get re-evaluated by your doctor. It sounds like you are recovering - that's great. Your symptoms are not unusual. Just make sure your bouts of diarrhea (watery stool, not just mushy or loose stool) have resolved - you don't want bowel incontinence occurring at your workplace if at all possible.
