Try not to worry: Sadly, it probably is not a zero risk, but it is probably darn close. The person whose fluids touched those things would have to have a very virulent virus, your cuts would have to be pretty open and have made direct contact with the fluid on the item. It's not likely, but it is not impossible. Have yourself tested to reassure yourself and if possible be even more careful - use protective gloves.
