Touched clothes in washing machine halfway through wash to fix it if any hepatitis or hiv body fluids on clothes am i at risk with little cuts on hand?

Unlikely: Getting HIV or hepatitis from this type of contact would be highly unlikely . The answer would be different if there was fresh blood from an infected person and the clothing was never subjected to any washing cycle assuming that detergent was used.
