Stool: That is not a question with any one answer. It depends on the food you eat, any conditions of the GI tract. And then vitamins and medications can affect this. What is the real question here? Please be specific.

Stool: Normal stool would be brown in color, formed or soft like thick oatmeal depending on the foods you ingest, but not watery. It should have no blood or mucus in it.
