No real evidence: You'll hear conflicting claims even from informed physicians as to whether omega 3's offer a real cardiovascular benefit. My own reading of the last three big studies leads me to skepticism but others i respect here will disagree. They has use as anti-inflammatories. There's nothing whatever to suggest they actually slow the biological clock independent of vascular health.
