Unsure, maybe none: Most prenatal experts recommend you take your prenatal vitamins during the first trimester, and that is it. You should abstain from alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, and any other illicit substances, during all of pregnancy, but especially during the first trimester.

Avoid caffine: Caffine inatke has now been linked to early miscarriage. Nobody has done a study on pregnant women to see if there is a safe amount. The current recommendation is to avoid caffine.
