Check ingredients: Women can safely have many herbal teas. Herbs to avoid include: anise, ginger, lime blossom, rose hip, catnip, chamomile, comfrey, ephedra, mistletoe, hibiscus, horehound, lemongrass, licorice, mugwort, pennyroyal, raspberry leaf, rosemary, sage, sassafras, stinging nettle leaf, vetiver. Read your packaging. Often small amounts are okay. Check with your doctor or bring your tea to your appt.
