C5-C7: Usually innervates the biceps but perhaps an eeg might be a better test at this pint to verify what nerve is the culprit

Anatomy comments: This is not from neck, but could be from upper brachial plexus, perhaps a parsonage-turner syndrome. In some fashion the biceps nerve, musculocutaneous has been injured. Unlikely, a nerve compression process. An EMG test is of some value, and would reveal perhaps the diagnosis. Perhaps, MRI of brachial plexus?

Nerve problem: Consider a neurologist to evaluate for nerve impingement or ms. And possibly a vascular surgeon to eval for thoracic outlet syndrome.

Need a neurologist,: A complete history and detailed physical examination, an eeg and probably a focussed, high resolution MRI of the brachial plexus. Biceps is innervated by the musclocutaneous nerve, and ring finger by both the ulnar and median nerves. Do you have any sensory abnormality of the ring finger?
