M 8 yo, hes been tired more lately, some bruising on legs and other day had a mild temp of 100.6 but not sick. Is it cancer or leukemia? Im scared. He is a very typical active boy, plays sports etc. What on blood test would show this, high WBC?

My son had a virus last week and his wbc were 15.4. Off and on he has been c/o of back/leg pain. He has poor posture/poor muscle strength, two hematologist reviewed labs and said they were not consistent w/ leukemia and not worried. I still am! Help?
2 days ago son c/o mild head, stomach, leg, neck ache. Has blood disorder so got labs. WBC 15.4. 2 hematologist said not leukemia based on other labs. Said if sx persist see pcp. Pcp said just a virus today. Hes acting happy. Leg pain gone. Worry?
