Hard to say: But unlikely as leukemia is somewhat rare. If continues see your doctor so that further testing can be done.

Headache: Your headaches could be coming from tension, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, teeth grinding, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems.
