Don't know : About your ana; talk w/your OB about that. Thyroid nodule is no problem, but it should be evaluated to see if biopsy is indicated. Parotid enlargement needs to be checked as well. Don't know what thyroid hormone level you mean when you say 2 points below average. Importance would be different depending upon which test you're referring to. Check w/your doctor and make sure before attempting to conc.
