Evaluation: The vast majority of people with your symptoms have benign extra-systoles (often atrial, sometimes ventricular). You need at least 1 evaluation with ekg, echo, chest x-ray, blood work, and possibly a prolonged monitoring test (24 hours to 30 days). You don't list anti-depressants, but if you use one, that should be considered too.
