Yes: Moderation makes more sense. Hugh jackman's diet is >5, 000 calories a day and 2 g of protein per kg of ideal body weight. This is extreme in both regards. Unless you're hugh jackman, i suggest you go for 30-60 minutes of moderate exercise daily and about 2, 000 calories a day (1, 000 to 1200 if you're trying to lose weight) of which about 60-90 grams are protein.
