Should be ok: To use something like neosporin and a small band aid over the site. Be sure to check with your surgeon.

Don't: Avoid cream because it keeps the skin moist and may cause skin maceration. Instead cover the scabs with a dressing (or even just a band-aid) until the scab falls off.
