Unlikely from staple: Closure but may be more related to fact of revision surgery thru scar tissues or other related reasons to your underlying spine diagnosis but could also be sign of early infection so should monitor any change in wound such as redness or warmth or drainage as well as development of fevers, chills or sweats.
