If she were: My patient, we'd either retrieve and fertilize the eggs for vitrification and a later frozen embryo transfer, or consider cancelling the cycle altogether. The risk of ohss is staggeringly high, but there could be extenuating circumstances.

Freeze all?: A very high e2 is a risk factor for ohss. You could freeze all embryos to prevent getting pregnant. The HCG of pregnancy is a huge risk factor for ohss. If you used an antihistamine suppression then you could use lipton to trigger retrieval. Talk with your doc who will review these options.
