Exercise: Sounds like you are interested in losing weight. Diet pills just cut your appetite for a while. But, when you don’t eat as much, your metabolism slows down. We can all make better choices in the foods we eat, but exercise will keep your metabolism up. If you are burning more calories than you are taking in, you have no choice but to lose weight.
