Dust Mites?: If you have gas heat or live where it's really dry in the winter, a humdifier may fix the problem. You might be allergic to dust mites. You can try taking an antihistamine like Claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec and see if it helps your symptoms. If it does, you can try buying a special pillowcase and mattress cover for people who have dust mite allergies.You can also see an allergist and get tested.
