Not necessarily: That could be due to a variety of things and conditions. Having said that i can't exclude pregnancy. Its probably time to pick up a pregnancy test from the store just to eliminate that possibility.

Why do I get palpitations and feel my pulse stronger when getting up from a sitting position, I can even see my pulse in the hollow part of my neck.
Is it normal for the pulse on right side of neck to feel stronger than the left? More apparent in the evening. Rhythm is regular, not too fast.
Could poor posture/computer work cause miserable aching down both sides of neck at the same time? Strong carotid pulse, no chest pain/neuro symptoms.
