Something or nothing: Sorry to be equivocal, but this could be something or could be unremarkable. A physical exam with attention to the carotid pulse (on both sides of neck) would be required to evaluate for carotid stenosis--which is narrowing of the inside of vessel usually due to cholesterol buildup found in older patients. In your age, I would consider coarctation of aorta which you would have been born with.
