Cover up well: U may have the air set 2 low . That would along with not enough covers & sleep wear can be a cause, especially if you kick off the covers @ nite will all contribute 2 lowering the body core temp. True especially if u wake shivering. If this is not the case u need to c ur pcp or an endocrinologist and find out the cause.
