Adverse effect: First, never take someone else's medication. Stop the sumatriptan now. You may have excess serotonin due to both medications being serotonin agonists. See your pcp.

Triptan : Triptan does not last last that long. Sometimes, a rare entity serotonin syndrome can be seen, however there should be a lot more symptoms. The tight jaw could be TMJ or something else.
