Anastrazole/Letrozol: Men who have high estrogen levels is due to conversion of testosterone to estrogen(aromatization), which can cause symptoms like loss of libido, gyncomastia, low sperm count;others there are two drugs whci have been found to be equally effective to reduce the estrogen level and improve symptoms 1 anasterazole dose of 1mgm daily 2letrozole dose of 2.5 mgm daily both have been found equally effective.
