Don't: Estrogen levels should not be lowered. They are critical in a womans fertility, regular cyclicity and have many beneficial effects. If there is a specific condition that warrants suppression then there are many treatments, including lupron, (leuprolide) birth control pills and other methods. The question should be why do the estrogen levels need to be decreased?
