Upper and lower wisdom teeth rub each other and maintain their heights optimally(by wear and tear).what happens when they don't come out together?

Probably: The remaining tooth will probably extrude over time. Depending upon the remaining condition and how long you live it may also need to be extracted. People tend to heal faster and the extraction is less traumatic at a younger age.
