No: Fordyce spots have nothing to do with your hygiene so will not be affected by any changes you might make in your cleaning habits. These spots represent sebaceous (oil) glands that in some people are found on mucous membranes (lips, penis, labia) in addition to the more common locations on hair bearing skin e.g. The face, chest or back.

No: Fordyce spots are just sebaceous glands where they shouldn't be (not in a hair follicle). Washing doesn't change that. Dermatologists can treat them with laser, but washing will not change them at all.
