Heat & massage: If this is only tired or sore muscles, warmth and massage should work to relax them. Also, take it easy for a few days to let them recover before you expose them to strenuous activity - but do use them gently to stay loose and limber. Talk with a training coach or massage therapist for tips specific to you.
