Don't worry: There is a short period of time when you are recovering from sedation that you may feel weepy and not in control of your emotions but generally patients don't talk much during this period. You will be in the care of the oral surgeon and their team and any conversation will be bout how you are feeling, nothing else.

Depends: If you have any type of IV medication, you will be out of it for some time after surgery. This will range from a few hours to perhaps 24 hours and will also depend on whether you take narcotic pain medication afterwards.
