Nutrition: Eat a balanced diet with 4-5 servings per day of vegetable and fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats [omega 3's & monounsaturated fats like olive oil and avocados, etc], and complex carbohydrates. Eliminate processed foods as much as possible; they're linked with depression. Avoid alcohol & other drugs. Please see your doctor or a psychiatrist for a full evaluation of these issues.
