HPT: Emergency contraception symptoms can include spotting or bleeding, changes in menstrual flow or your period may be late or early. I think it is appropriate to be concerned because you need to to insure that you are not pregnant. If your period is 7 or more days late then take a home pregnancy test and notify your gynecologist.
