Could happen: Your period will likely come as expected but might be altered by plan b. Your risk of pregnancy is very small but you may wish to check a home pregnancy test ~2 weeks after taking Plan B for peace of mind.

It may be that you extended the time you were on the active pills by switching. If you switched after a complete pack of the old pills you should have had a menstrual bleed. If you were halfway through the pack and then just started the new pack then it is totally normal that you missed it, and you woudl expect to bleed at the end of the second pack you started.

Lo loestrin: I suggest continuing the BCP, because most likely it's working. If may take several months for you body to adjust to the BCP.
